"What if I don't have the gift of the gab for selling?"

 

The only requirement you need is to care about clients genuinely; I don't train any form of "hard" sleazy techniques designed to manipulate clients. I strongly advise against this "old" style of selling. Whilst a person can get the sale winning short term, if the client feels at any point taken advantage of, they will never return and warn others against visiting the salon or spa. In training, I give you the simple steps all focused on the client and giving them an experience that they will love.

If we offer professional advice, the right way clients will follow our recommendations. The best "salespeople" in the salon and Spa industry are often quiet and more reserved because people feel they can be trusted.

 

"What if I don't have a team and I work for myself?"

It is possible to start seeing an increase in revenue from the first lesson because we build confidence. Each video lesson is between 15-30 minutes with one exception, so if team members have space in their schedule, it can be quicker to complete the course.
